REFUND POLICY

Refund and Cancellation Disclaimer (Effective October 2025): By booking with Elite Maui Chef, clients agree to the following terms regarding deposits, cancellations, and refunds. All reservations require a deposit to secure the event date. Deposits are fully refundable up to fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled service date. From fourteen (14) days before the scheduled event until the time of service, Elite Maui Chef reserves the right to retain the deposit in the event of cancellation. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations can occur and will make every reasonable effort to accommodate verified exceptional or strenuous circumstances at our discretion. Cancellations made within the non-refundable window, on the day of service, or due to a no-show will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and may be subject to the full balance due. Elite Maui Chef is not liable for cancellations, delays, or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, illness, government restrictions, or other Acts of God. In such circumstances, the company will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or apply the deposit toward a future service date. Submission of a deposit or payment constitutes full acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.
