Fine Dining at Your Own Table
Chef Daniel cooks and serves a full fine dining dinner in your Maui home, planned with you ahead of time. There is no reservation to chase and no drive back at the end of the night. You stay at your own table with the people you came here to be with, while Daniel looks after everything in the kitchen. The ease you feel at the table took years of work to earn. Daniel trained at the Culinary Institute of America, then sharpened his skills in the kitchens of Wolfgang Puck's Spago Maui and Michael Mina's Bourbon Steak. In 2025 he put all of it to the test on Food Network's Chopped and came home the champion.

Menus Planned Around You
Every menu starts with a conversation about what you and your guests love to eat. Daniel draws on local fish and produce, cooked with the technique he learned in fine dining kitchens and the creativity that won him Chopped. Some evenings call for a multi-course tasting that unfolds slowly over the night. Others suit a family-style spread passed around the table. Dietary needs and favorite flavors are part of the conversation from the start, so the dinner feels like it was made for your table.

Planning dinner should feel as relaxed as the evening itself. Book a call with Daniel or send a request with your date, and he will talk you through the menu and the details of the night. When the day comes, he cooks and serves in your kitchen, then leaves it clean before he goes. All you need to do is pull up a chair and settle in with the people around you.
